FAQs

Success in the college golf recruiting process goes beyond scholarship offers. Because recruiting outcomes depend on individual goals, timing, academics, and preferences, success is best measured by player growth, an increase in college golf opportunities, and preparation.

Athletes I work with consistently improve in confidence, communication, maturity, proactiveness, and overall readiness for college golf. These improvements often lead to increased visibility with college coaches and stronger recruiting opportunities. Many clients also see increased golf opportunities and scholarship offers—often 30–50% more than what was initially expected or available before working together.

My ultimate goal is to help young female golfers become confident, well-prepared student-athletes who find the right college fit and are ready to succeed at the next level.

My fees vary based on the level of service that best fits where a player currently is in the recruiting process and the specific areas where support is needed. During our introductory call, we’ll discuss goals, expectations, timeline, level of involvement, and the length of service to ensure the program or service aligns with both needs and budget.

Yes. I’ve built strong, professional relationships with college coaches across all division levels through my experience as a junior, collegiate, and professional golfer, as well as through over 14 years working in the college golf recruiting industry. These long-standing connections are built on trust and mutual respect.
Maintaining these relationships allows me to stay up to date on recruiting trends, understand what programs are truly looking for in recruits, and make thoughtful referrals that align each athlete with the best possible college and coaching fit.ls for my clients to help connect them with coaches that fit them best.

My role as a consultant and mentor is to guide and support each recruit so she learns to take ownership of the recruiting process and lead it herself. College coaches ultimately want to hear directly from the athlete and see that she is willing to work for her goals while demonstrating the maturity required to compete at the collegiate level.
As we work together and a recruit consistently shows effort, accountability, and ownership of the process, I then assist with strategic coach introductions and referrals to programs that are realistic and well-aligned based on golf performance, scoring averages, academic profile, and overall program fit.

I have recently acquired my LPGA Professional Teaching certification and added an aspect of instruction and coaching back to my business; however, I don’t teach swing instruction to a higher level of competitive players. My focus is on short game and player development (course management) for competitive juniors, with only swing instructions for beginner golfers.

I offer a complimentary Introductory Call to discuss where a potential recruit currently is in the recruiting process and determine whether one of my services would be a good fit.

If a recruit and her parents are seeking specific advice—such as resume or email review, personalized next steps, decision-making support, or targeted guidance—then a paid consultation session is required.
